To respect the artist's schedule and other scheduled clients arriving throughout the day please be 10 minutes early or arrive on time. 

Being more than 15 minutes late to your appointment will result in a "no show,” your card will be charged 50% of the total cost of the service to compensate for financial loss and the appointment will be cancelled. 

Clients are required to have a valid credit card on file in order to reserve an appointment. All appointments are booked through Square.

On the day of the appointment:

Payment is due the day of service. 

Cash payments are preferred to avoid additional fees and is appreciated. If you choose to pay the remaining balance using your credit card on file please be aware a 4% surcharge will be added to the remaining balance. No other forms of payment will be accepted. 

If you miss your appointment and you didn't communicate with the studio your card will be charged 50% of the total cost of the service you missed to compensate for financial loss.

MOR Brows Studio reserves the right to deny future appointments and services. 

Need to reschedule or cancel? 

Please contact Magda at (850) 426-4156 as soon as possible. 

A 48 hours notice from your appointment time is required if you decide to reschedule your appointment to avoid being charged.

Rescheduling will be permitted ONCE. After that you will be charged $50 for every reschedule.

If a cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours' notice, the client will incur a charge of 20% of the total cost of the service. 

Due to the nature of the service, limited seating available, and to respect other guests and artists at work we kindly ask no children or additional guests at the appointment. Please plan accordingly.

Phones: We kindly ask to silence cells phones and lower conversations to respect other artists and guests present at their appointments.

If you show up to your appointment under the influence, impaired, or hung over you will be charged the FULL COST of the service to the card on file and you won't be allowed to reschedule.
