A $100 deposit is required at the time of scheduling and will be applied toward the total cost of your service. The remaining balance will be due at your appointment.
Your appointment will be confirmed once the deposit has been received. If you have any questions, please send a message prior to booking.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits secure your scheduled appointment time, and appointments will not be honored without a deposit and confirmation approval.
Accepted payments: Credit/debit card, contactless payments, and cash. All deposits and payments will be processed exclusively through Square. No other forms of payment will be accepted.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact the studio by TEXT or email, at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you no-show or miss the 48-hour requirement, your deposit will not be refunded. No-Shows and Day Of-Cancellations will be charged 50% of the entire service. You agree to this upon booking.
We reserve the right to deny future appointments and services.
We allow clients one opportunity to reschedule an appointment per booking if within the cancellation policy guidelines. If you reschedule more than one time, your initial deposit will be forfeited and a new one will need to be placed.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
To maintain a calm environment, please silence your cell phone.
Due to the nature of the service we kindly ask no children or additional guests at the appointment. There's harsh cleaning chemicals and equipment not suitable for children to be around. Please plan accordingly.
If you arrive for your appointment with previous brow work that has not been approved by the artist, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged 50% of the total cost. Please contact Magda at morbrowsstudio@gmail.com with photos to be cleared before booking a new client appointment.
Pre-care instructions are required to achieve the best results. Failure to follow them may impact how the skin reacts and how pigment retains. Services may be rescheduled to ensure optimal outcomes.
Although extremely rare, we refuse the right to refuse service of the following:
✦ Showing up to the appointment under the influence, impaired, or hung over. The client is responsible for the full service amount. Future appointments will not be permitted.
✦ Any behavior that can compromise the artist's ability to work, disrupts the quality of the appointment, or negatively affects other patrons.
