Understandably, life happens and things come up that are out of our control. I always strive to accommodate my clients, so please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment. Please read through the policies prior to booking. These policies are in place to respect my schedule and allow others the opportunity to fill any openings that may arise. Thank you for your consideration!

Please contact Magda if you are going to be late

Please be 10 minutes early or arrive on time. 

Being more than 15 minutes late to your appointment will result in a "no show,” your card will be charged the full service amount and the appointment will be cancelled. 

Need to reschedule or cancel? 

Please contact Magda at (850) 426-4156 as soon as possible.

A 48-hour notice from your appointment time is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid being charged.

Late reschedules or cancellations will be charged the full service amount.  

**Rescheduling is permitted once without a penalty if it falls within the allowed time frame. After that, a $50 non transferrable and non refundable fee will be charged for each additional reschedule.

Clients who fail to show up to their appointments are responsible for the full service amount and the card on file will be charged. Text reminders are sent and you may communicate with Magda with any questions about your upcoming appointment at any time.  

MOR Brows Studio reserves the right to deny future appointments and services. 

We ask clients to respect their reserved time by confirming or canceling appointments appropriately and providing any necessary information for the procedure in a timely manner. This includes completing all required online intake forms and submitting any additional information the artist requests. If multiple attempts are made to obtain this information or the necessary forms are not received in a timely manner, the artist reserves the right to cancel the appointment.

Clients are required to have a valid credit card on file to reserve an appointment. All appointments are booked through Square, and payment is due on the day of service.

Cash payments are preferred to avoid additional fees and is appreciated. If you pay with a credit card please be aware a 4% surcharge will be added to the remaining balance. No other forms of payment will be accepted. 

Due to the nature of the service, limited seating available, and to respect other guests and artists at work we kindly ask no children or additional guests at the appointment. There's harsh cleaning chemicals and equipment not suitable for children to be around. Please plan accordingly.

Phones: We kindly ask to silence cells phones and lower conversations to respect other artists and guests present at their appointments.

Although extremely rare, we refuse the right to refuse service of the following:

+ Showing up to the appointment under the influence, impaired, or hung over. The client is responsible for the full service amount and will be charged to the card on file. Future appointments will not be permitted.

+ Undisclosed skin or medical condition. The client is responsible for the full service amount and will be charged to the card on file. 

+ Any behavior that can compromise the artist's ability to work, disrupts the quality of the appointment, or negatively affects other patrons.
